At Legacy Studio Estate Law the health of our clients is always a concern of highest priority for us. We are keeping updated with the recommendations of the CDC and local and state government officials regarding COVID-19 (aka the Coronavirus). With that in mind, we know that many of our clients are seeking to finalize their estate plans to have peace of mind. We have several options for our clients to be able to execute their estate documents as long as the client has no symptoms of fever, cough or cold.
Outdoor/Car Signings: With the gorgeous spring weather, our clients may be more comfortable in an outdoor setting so we have two options in that regard.
Clients can either execute their documents at an outdoor table in the back of our building that is easily accessed by a sidewalk, or you can drive up to the front of our building and sign your estate documents while staying in your car.
The witnesses and notary will maintain the recommended social distancing during all signings.
