Some estate administration matters can be handled on a flat fee basis, but the majority of our probate matters are handled hourly. Our estate administration hourly rates range from $190/hr (paralegal) to $450/hr (lead attorney). If we are able to take on your matter, the assigned or requested attorney will determine if your matter can be handled with a flat fee or an hourly rate at the time of your initial probate meeting.
